Aaaaand - I'm back. June was rather hectic, what with weddings, birthdays and studying, so the little spare time I had was spent painting, rather than blogging. However, things should be a bit calmer now, at least for a while.
I was dogsitting for my sister and brother-in-law last Friday, so I stayed over, and on Saturday we played what will probably turn out to be our annual wargame.
This is the second half of the Dwarf spear unit. Part one is here.
I'm splitting this unit across two posts. There are more figures in it than I remembered and cramming them into one post would be too many pictures.
I'm just back from Carronade 2012, so thought it would be a good opportunity to describe my purchases and my general impressions of the show.
I finished these figures last weekend. I've been keeping with small groups and simple colour schemes this year, and this group was no different.
They're not all based yet, but here are some pictures anyway...
My dwarf units tend to be organised by some common attribute. This can be the type of figure (civilian), or the weapon they're carrying (bow). This week, it's figures in partial or full plate armour.
