My dwarf units tend to be organised by some common attribute. This can be the type of figure (civilian), or the weapon they're carrying (bow). This week, it's figures in partial or full plate armour.
These are all pre-slotta and are a mixture of Citadel, Grenadier and Asgard figures. Other than that, I don't remember very much about them at all.
